I truly believe that Yoga is accessible and above all, beneficial and deeply pleasurable, to people of all ages, sizes and physical ability.
Whether you’re just starting on the yoga journey or are an experienced yogi, stepping through the yoga doorway offers new perspectives, greater awareness, and increased self-knowledge; all cultivated breath by breath.
British born, I fell in love with yoga way back when I was young, free and single, and already living in Italy after graduating in Art History at the Courtauld Institute in London. I worked in the film industry and was fortunate to travel Italy and the world with my work, and drop into yoga classes in each country I filmed in. This love became my dream job when I trained as a Yoga teacher after my daughter was born. I live and work in Rome, and love to teach Hatha Flow and Restorative Yoga, encouraging my students to tune in, deeply listen and enjoy the delight of truly experiencing their body and breath, whether standing on their heads or reclined in constructive rest. I practice mindful meditation in the Plum Village Tradition as taught by Thich Naht Hahn and my classes will often include a short mindful meditation.

Influences:
I am deeply grateful to all my very many teachers, both those with whom I have been fortunate enough to learn with in person, and those whose work I have studied posthumously.
I highly recommend studying with the following teachers, or with students of their lineage ; Donna Farhi, Amy Matthews, Thich Naht Hahn, T.K.V. Desikachar and Thomas Hanna.
We have to walk in a way that we only print peace and serenity on the Earth. Walk as if you are kissing the Earth with your feet. ~ Thich Naht Hahn.
